Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Attera. Substantive changes will be communicated by email and announced here. Final commercial terms are reflected in your signed Master Services Agreement.
i.The service
Attera provides software that drafts compliance documents from documents you upload. The current scope is CSRD/ESRS reports under EU Commission Delegated Regulation 2023/2772. Output is a draft. You remain responsible for what you file.
ii.Your account
- You must be 18+ and authorised to bind your organisation.
- Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person per seat. Don't share logins.
iii.Acceptable use
Don't use Attera to:
- Upload content you don't have the right to upload.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source models.
- Submit knowingly false information into compliance filings.
iv.Your content
You own everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. We do not train AI models on customer documents. See the Data Processing Addendum for details.
v.Output, accuracy, and your responsibility
Attera is a grounding engine: every quantitative figure in a generated report is sourced to a document you uploaded, with the page-level verifier flagging anything it cannot ground. We do not guarantee that uploaded documents are accurate, that the AI's interpretation is perfect, or that a draft is filing-ready without human review. Always have a qualified person review every figure before filing. The iXBRL output is currently demo-grade. Issuer extension taxonomy is on the roadmap to filing-grade.
vi.Pricing & payment
Plans, prices, and inclusions are listed on the pricing page. Design-partner pricing and refund terms are documented in your individual partner agreement, which includes a written money-back commitment if the first filing isn't meaningfully faster than your manual baseline.
vii.Service availability
We target high availability but do not commit to a numerical uptime figure. Best-effort incident acknowledgement within 24 hours; maintenance windows announced in advance where possible.
viii.Termination
You can cancel at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for unpaid invoices or material breach of these terms after written notice and a 14-day cure period.
ix.Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed regulatory deadlines caused by user error.
x.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
